"RESOLVED, That the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting of November 10, 2009 be approved as circulated.

"RESOLVED, That Submission A-20/09 by Anthony Minor, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended, by By-law No. 06-71 Section 11B, Residential R3 Zone, to legalize a deck that projects into a required rear yard a distance of 1.95 metres, and a landing and stair that projects into a required rear yard a distance of 3.02 metres in a Residential R3 Zone at # 151 Dorchester Drive, Grimsby, be granted approved with conditions for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land." Subject to the following conditions: 1. That the Westerly side yard setback of the deck be confirmed by an Ontario Land Surveyor.
