That Report P.A. 14-3, regarding zoning amendment application by W. & M. Lipsitt, 467 & 471 Maple Avenue, be received and that the application be approved. Further that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report P.A. 14-01, regarding the new Town of Grimsby Zoning By-law be received.

Andreychuk; That Report P.A.14-02 regarding an update of the Grimsby Development Charges Study be received, and that the proposal submitted by Watson & Associates Economists Ltd. to update the Grimsby Development Charges Study, be accepted at an upset limit of $36,700 exclusive of HST, to be financed 90% from development charges and 10% from planning reserves. And Further, that a by-law be passed to authorize an Agreement between Watson & Associates Economists Limited and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to sign said agreement on the Town’s behalf.

Seaborn; That Report P.A. 14-04, regarding a request to modify the existing Downtown Grimsby Commercial Mixed Use Facade Improvement grant agreement for 12-14 Ontario Street be received; And that the request to remove the condition from the existing grant agreement that requires all upper level signage be removed be denied. And that the applicant be encouraged to work with Town Staff to develop a proposal for sign replacement in accordance with the Downtown Grimsby Design Guidelines.
