Resolved that Report FIN 16-01, 2016 Interim Tax Levy and Tax Rates, dated January 4, 2016 be received; and, That a by-law be prepared authorizing the interim tax levy and tax rates as set out in Schedule "B"; and, That the interim tax levy installment due dates be set as March 4th and May 6th, 2016.

Resolved that Report FIN 16-02, 2016 Borrowing for Current Expenditures, dated January 4, 2016 be received; and, That temporary borrowing arrangements in the amount of $5,000,000 be approved; and, That the Town Clerk prepare the necessary by-law.

Resolved that Report FIN 16-03, 2015 Employee Negotiations - Final Statement, dated January 7, 2016 be received; and, That the employee salary and benefit changes as agreed to by the Town of Grimsby and its employees as outlined in Schedule "A" be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Town of Pelham dated December 8, 2015 with reference to the Federal Government Grant Funding Opportunities be received and endorsed.
