Gillespie; "RESOLVED, That, P.A. 08-24, regarding an update of the Grimsby Development Charges Study be received, and that the proposal submitted by Watson & Associates Economists Ltd. to update the Grimsby Development Charges Study, be accepted at an upset limit of $33,000 exclusive of GST, to be financed 90% from development charges and 10% from planning reserves."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-25, regarding an application to remove Part Lot Control for Block 100, Plan 30M-369, Gardenview Subdivision, be received, and that a By-law to lift Part Lot Control be forwarded to Council for approval. Further, that a Draft of an Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement be received, and that a by-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Town Clerk to enter into this Agreement with the owner."
