Resolved that Submission A-30/10 by Q ST INC, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended, Section 23, General Commercial C3 Zone, to allow for the establishment of a restaurant use in a portion of building providing 9 parking spaces in a general Commercial C3 Zone at # 16 - 20 Ontario Street, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
