Resolved that Submission A-13/18 by Sherry and Ernie Lee, as amended to allow for the construction of a 68 square metre one storey accessory building (garage) with a lot coverage of 10.91% and a rear yard setback of .9 metres in a Residential Detached (RD-3.25) Zone at #335 Lake Street, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
