"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-14, regarding the Zoning Amendment Application Z-11-02, and Application for Redline Revision to a Plan of Subdivision, Niagara Gateway Estates be received: AND that, Zoning Amendment Application Z-11-02, be approved and that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval; AND That, the application for Redline Revision to a Plan of Subdivision, Niagara Gateway Estates be approved subject to the modifications and conditions attached to this Report as Appendix "B". and as amended; AND That, Clause #6 regarding the removal of holding provisions be added to the by-law."
