"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-7, regarding the 2009 Planning Department Operating Budget with a gross amount of $349,285 and a levy amount of $228,310, be approved and forwarded to the Administration and Finance Committee for consideration in the overall budget. That the 2009 Economic Development Budget in the amount of Page 2 of 4 PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE FEBRUARY 24, 2009 $51,190 be approved and forwarded to the Administration and Finance Committee for consideration in the overall budget. That the 2009 Heritage Advisory Committee Budget in the amount of $10,315 be approved and forwarded to Administration and Finance Committee for consideration in the overall budget. And that the 2009 Planning Capital Budget proposing a tax levy contribution of $5,000 together with the 2009-2013 Capital Budget forecast be approved and forwarded to the Adminstration and Finance Committee for consideration in the overall budget. And that $25,000 for the Economic Development Strategy be approved and forwarded to Administration and Finance Committee for consideration in the overall budget."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-8, regarding proposed red line revisions to the Westbrook Draft Plan of Subdivision (26T-16-0701) be received, and that the proposed revisions be approved as minor red line revisions to the draft plan."

"RESOLVED, That the Region of Niagara be requested to provide a detailed explanation of Development Services Division fee increases and that any proposed increases to Planning Application Fees for the Development Services Division be phased in over a period of five years."
