Resolved that Submission A-03/11 by 1814054 Ontario Inc., for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71/74, as amended by By-law 98- 24, Section 23, General Commercial (C3) Zone to further define a retail store of a convenience nature use to include a retail bakery in a General Commercial C3 Zone at # 270 Main Street East, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: Page 3 of 3 Committee of Adjustment April 5, 2011 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
