Resolved that Report DPW13-31 dated September 5, 2013, regarding the Award of Contract PWC13-04-400012, Old Orchard In-Line Storage Pipe be received and that the Director of Public Works be authorized to award the contract to V. Gibbons Contracting Ltd. in the total tender amount of $593,786.00 (excluding HST) and further, that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.

Resolved that Report DPW13-32 dated September 5, 2013 regarding the ‘Award of Tender Contract PWC13-04-400002, Sanitary Sewer Spot Repair and Service Lateral Replacement’ be received and that the Director be authorized to award the Contract to Catalina Excavating Inc. in the total tender amount of $93,150.00 (excluding HST) and further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.

Resolved that the Town Operations Correspondence dated August 26, 2013, hand delivered to Park Road South Residents regarding the maintenance of Park Road South Ditches was circulated to Committee Members for discussion.

Resolved that the Ontario Government Notice received from the Ontario Ministry of Transportation regarding Final Transportation Development Strategy for the Niagara to GTA Corridor Planning and EA Study - Phase 1 be received for discussion and filed.

Resolved that the correspondence received from Fran Chesney dated September 16, 2013 regarding a request to change parking restrictions on Nelles Boulevard, co-signed by several residents from Nelles Boulevard, be received and

Resolved that the minutes of the GDIA of June 18, 2013 be received as circulated and filed for records purposes.
