Administration Finance Committee

Resolved that Report TC 13-17 dated October 25, 2013 regarding the Crossing Guard Review - North Service Road /Woodsview Avenue & Olive Street be received; and that the recommendation to not place a crossing guard at this location at this time be approved.

Resolved that Report FCR 13-13 dated November 8, 2013 with reference to Grimsby Fire Department Facility Schematic Design & Preliminary Costing be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to retain the services of Raimondo & Associates Architects Inc. to complete the project at a cost of $25,000. excluding disbursements and taxes.

Resolved that Report FCR 13-14 dated November 8, 2013 be received and that the operators of the Grimsby Retirement Facilities (Deer Park, Maplecrest Village, Kilean Lodge, Shalom Manor, and Lincoln Park) be recognized for their outstanding efforts enhancing fire safety of their respective facilities.

Resolved that Report FCR 13-15 dated November 9, 2013 with reference to the Fire Department Protection Services Agreement with the Township of West Lincoln be received and that the Mayor Page 3 of 3 Administration & Finance Committee November 11, 2013 and Clerk be authorized to execute the Fire Protection Services Agreement with the Township of West Lincoln for the purposes of providing automatic aid reciprocal assistance fire protection services.
