Property Standards Committee and Committee of Adjustment

Resolved that the agenda for the December 16, 2025 Committee of Adjustment meeting be approved.

Resolved that the Property Standards Committee extend the compliance date for Property Standards Order No. 2025-593 to 30th June 2026.

Resolved that Minor Variance Application A33-25 for 17 Hunter Road, to permit a minimum setback from the interior side lot line of 1.37 metres, whereas a minimum setback from the interior side lot line of 1.8 metres is permitted, as per Table 7 of Section 6.2.1, of Zoning By-law 14-45, as amended and to permit an eaves/ gutters encroachment of 0.73 metres into the required side yard, whereas eaves/ gutters may project into any required yard a distance of not more than the lesser of 0.5 metres or half the required yard is permitted, as per Section 4.9 b), of Zoning By-law 14- 45, as amended be approved.
