Resolved that Report TC-10-01, Request for Proposal for Dog Control and Humane Services be received and that staff prepare a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Dog Control and Humane Page 1 of 4 ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE January 11, 2010 Services and that the Lincoln County Humane Society (LCHS) be paid for the months of January, February and March 2010 for services at the revised price.

Resolved that Report FCR 10-01 dated January 5, 2010 with reference to the unknown 9-1-1 calls be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to discontinue deployment of GFD resources to these calls by removing from the Computer Assisted Dispatch (CAD).

Resolved that Report FCR 10-02 dated January 7, 2010 with reference to the Tanker Replacement - Request for Proposal be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to publish a Request for Proposal to replace Tanker 2.

Resolved that Report FIN-10-01 dated January 4, 2010 with reference to the 2010 Interim Tax Levy and Tax Rates be received, and that a by-law be prepared authorizing the taxation rates as outlined in Schedule B, and that the interim levy installment due dates be set as March 5 and May 7, 2010.

Resolved that Report FIN-10-02 dated January 4, 2010 with reference to 2010 Borrowing for Current Expenditures be received, and that temporary borrowing arrangements in the amount of $5,000,000 be approved and that the Town Clerk be instructed to prepare the by-law.

Resolved that Report FIN-10-03 dated January 4, 2010 regarding the 2010 Fidelity Bond Coverage be received, and that the policy be deposited with the Treasurer for safekeeping and be made available for inspection by the Mayor and Members of Council.

Resolved that the Town of Grimsby adopt the Region of Niagara's Policy for Tax Rebate Program for Charitable Organizations.
