Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of February 1, 2016 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Diana Morreale, Manager of Community Planning and Brian Dick, Senior Policy Planner, Region of Niagara regarding Niagara 2041 Growth Presentation be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of February 8, 2016 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of February 10, 2016 be approved.

Resolved that West Niagara Refugee Partnership regarding a request to declare February 29, 2016 as Leap Year Loonies for Refugees be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Township of Wainfleet with reference to a request that Ontario cancel RFP for Added Wind Power Generation be received.

Resolved that the resignation of William Harrington from the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee be accepted with regret.

Resolved that authorization be provided for the distribution of funds from Niagara Power Inc. Hydro Shareholders Representative Account in lieu of Shareholder representative remuneration: Mayor's Gala, February 2016 up to a total of $1,500

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 16-12 to 16- 15 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239 (2)(e) of the Municipal Act, litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - 155 Main Street West

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of February 9, 2016 be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 16-12 to 16- 15 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule to the contrary notwithstanding.
