Resolved that the agenda for the Special Council meeting of November 25, 2020 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation from Rob Wiersma be received.

Resolved that the delegation from Brian McRae, Senior Advisor, Community and Partner Relations, Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters be received.

Resolved that the Memo regarding Discharge of Firearms and Bows By- law 20-62 be received; and Further be it resolved that staff be directed to bring a comprehensive bylaw for Discharge of Firearms and Bows; and That the following be approved to be in force until the new bylaw is implemented: Page 3 of 3 Special Council November 25, 2020 • That the current by-law 20-62 be rescinded and that the old by-law 76-38 come back into effect and that staff add a section 1.1 that states "no person shall discharge a firearm or bow in a prohibited area of the Town as a outlined in Schedule "A" to this by-law," with the Schedule 'A' being map #2. Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law No. 20-88 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law No. 20-88 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; and rule of Council to contrary notwithstanding.
