Resolved that the Council minutes of October 1, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that Keith Vogl be appointed Acting Clerk for the Council meeting of Monday, October 15, 2012.

Resolved that the delegation of Doug Curtiss, CEO, Grimsby Power Inc. with reference to the Province of Ontario Electricity Distribution Sector Review Panel, Electricity Distributors Association Submission be received.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment minutes of October 9, 2012 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee minutes of October 10, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that correspondence from the Business Education Council with reference to Take a Kid to Work Day, Wednesday, November 7, 2012 be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the City of Welland with reference to the proposed changes to hospital services in South Niagara be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 12-69 and 12-70, and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Section 239(2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual including municipal or local board employees -2010 Tax Sale (Report FIN 12-25)

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee minutes of October 9, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that By-law Nos. 12-69 and 12-70, read a first time, be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of the Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
