Resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board temporarily suspends its procurement policy (0-11-06) to approve the procurement of library furniture from Brigholme Interiors under the existing Town of Grimsby contract; and 1. That the Board delegate the authority to the CEO and Chief Librarian to negotiate and execute the contract for the purchase of furniture listed from Brigholme Interiors, and work with Town Facilities to make necessary electrical changes to accommodate the new design, to a maximum project expenditure of $60,000 including tax.
