Resolved that Submission A-12/13 by 783878 Ontario Ltd., to allow for the construction of freehold townhomes on common element streets with lot coverages of up to 53% for individual units in a Residential Multiple RM2 Zone at # 380 Lake Street East, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
