Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of October 1, 2018 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Bill Thompson, Director and Treasurer, Nelles Manor Heritage House Board of Directors with reference to a cheque presentation to the Nelles Museum from Council be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Bryan Rose, Executive Director, Niagara Community Foundation and Gary Evans, Chair, Grimsby Community Fund with reference to a cheque presentation to the Grimsby Community Fund from Grimsby Council be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of October 9, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of October 9, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of October 10, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of October 2, 2018 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from Teachers of English as a Second Language regarding a request to declare the week of October 28 - November 3, 2018 as English as a Second Language Week be received and approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-71 - 18- 74 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-71 to 18- 74 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
