Resolved that the Grimsby Museum meeting minutes of March 4, 2015 be received.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of March 10, 2015 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Planning & Development meeting minutes of March 10, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of March 11, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from Operation Lifesaver be received and that the request to declare the week of April 27 to May 3, 2015 as Public - Rail Safety Week be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-23 to 15- 26 inclusive and that said be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239(d) labour relations or employee negotiations and Sec. 239(e) litigation or potential litigation including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - Parks and Facilities Foreman Report - Recreation Coordinator Report - Escarpment Inn and Suites, charges under the Fire Protection and Prevention Act

Resolved the Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of March 9, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes of March 10, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-23 to 15- 26 inclusive read a first time now be read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
