Manuel ; Resolved, that the Committee recommends that Council: 1. Receive the Niagara Gateway Welcome Centre lease extension January 2020-December 2021 report; and 2. Approve a lease extension until April 30, 2020 or sooner depending on Council’s future priorities and budget allocations.
