Resolved that Report DBE-15-1, dated February 10, 2015, be received and the Director of Building and Enforcement be authorized to enter into the software support agreement with Ticket Tracer Corporation.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-02 regarding an amendment to the Property Standards By-law for Heritage Designated Properties be received; And that the draft by-law attached as Appendix "A", be a by-law to replace Property Standards By-law 01-79, which includes an additional section and wording specifically for properties designated under the Ontario Heritage Act, be forwarded to Council for approval. And that Property Standards By-law 01-79 be repealed.

Seaborn; Whereas, under the Ontario Building Code Act 1992 S.O. Chapter 23, Section 3.(2), a Council may appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers for the enforcement of the by-laws of the municipality; and Whereas, under By-law 84-26 of the Town of Grimsby, as amended, the Council may appoint an assistant to the Property Standards Officer. Therefore, the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a by-law to appoint Janice Hogg and Walter Basic as Property Standards Officers for the Town of Grimsby.
