Resolved that Report DPW15-50 dated November 23, 2015 regarding “No Stopping” Restrictions – Driveway to 432 North Service Road be received and that the following “No Stopping – Anytime” restrictions be added to the Town‟s Traffic By-law 89-2000 – Schedule “A” (Stopping Prohibitions): Highway Side From To Days/Time Driveway to Both North 60 metres Anytime 432 North Service northerly and Service Road Road easterly (North Service Road road allowance)

DiFlavio; Resolved that Report DPW15-51, dated November 25, 2015, regarding the Drainage Act – Ridge Road East Drain (Flooding of road side ditches for approximately 275 metres west of Church Page 3 of 5 Public Works Committee December 16, 2015 Road) Final Engineer‟s Report be received and the firm of Spriet Associates London Limited be employed to carry out the Final Engineer‟s Report in accordance with the Drainage Act at an estimated cost of $9,850.00.

Kadwell; Resolved that Report DPW15-52 dated December 2, 2015, regarding the release of the Construction Lien Hold Back for Contract PWC15-02-320099, Lakeview Avenue Shoreline Protection be received and payment in the amount of $6,995.80 be released in favour of Catalina Excavation Inc., and further that the Director of Public Works be authorized to release the One-Year Maintenance Holdback in the amount of $1,399.16, subject to all deficient works being rectified to his satisfaction at the end of the one-year maintenance period that expires September 3, 2016.

Kadwell; Resolved that Report DPW15-53 dated December 16, 2015 regarding the „Release of Construction Lien Holdback for contract PWC15-06-400034 – Watermain Replacements Nelles Road South; Dorchester Drive; Lorne Avenue; John Street; St. Andrews Avenue; Vine Road; Walnut Street; Gage Street be received and that the Director be authorized to release the 10% Construction Lien Holdback amount of $106,208.19, plus HST to Catalina Excavating Inc. and further that $21,241.03, plus HST be retained to guarantee Page 4 of 5 Public Works Committee December 16, 2015 works for one year from the date of substantial completion and upon satisfactory completion of all outstanding items and deficiencies, the Director be authorized to release the $21,241.03 plus HST.

Resolved that Report DPW15-54 dated December 10, 2015 regarding the Release of the 10% Construction Lien Holdback and the 2% One-Year Maintenance Holdback – Contract PWC15-02- 320003, Cold Mix Paving & Surface Treatment Program 2015 be received and that the Director be authorized to release the 10% Construction Lien Holdback in the amount of $44,951.24 when due after the 45 day Construction Lien Holdback period expires on December 19, 2015 and further release the 2% One-Year Maintenance Holdback in the amount of $8,990.25 when due on October 30, 2016 to NorJohn Contracting and Paving Ltd.

DiFlavio; Resolved that the correspondence dated December 2, 2015 from Race Kit Event Service Inc. regarding approval of their scheduled race, Monday, February 15, 2016 and use of Town roads subject to all supporting documents being received prior to the race date; Insurance policy stating Town co-insured, required permits, emergency services and resident notices, and Road Events release form.

Bentley; Resolved that the DIA meeting minutes of October 27, 2015 be received as circulated and filed for records purposes.
