Resolved that the delegation of Sarah Sweeney, Recreation Coordinator, with reference to the Town of Grimsby Logo be received.

Resolved that Report TC-15-13, Election Sign By-law amendment, dated April 27, 2015 be received; and further that the amendment to the Election Sign By-law as attached be approved and forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report TC-15-14, Crossing Guard Policy and Procedures, dated May 5, 2015 be received and that the document be adopted by Council.

Resolved that Report FCR 15-07 dated May 7, 2015 with reference to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Grimsby Fire Department (GFD); the Ontario Fire College (OFC), and the Office of the Fire Marshall and Emergency Management (OFMEM) - Academic Standards and Evaluation (AS&E) be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to execute the document.

Resolved that Report FCR 15-08 dated May 7, 2015 with reference to Amendment to By-law 13-81 - Fire Protection Agreement - West Lincoln be received and that By-law 15-39 be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report FIN 15-16 dated April 30, 2015 with regard to Tax write-offs be received and that the total write-offs in the amount of $3,950.61 be approved.

Resolved that the presentation by Delight Davoli of Southcott Davoli Professional Corporation be received and that the 2013 Audited Financial Statements be received and approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 15-17 Finance Department Staffing dated April 30, 2015 be received; and that a new full-time position of Manager of Accounting be added to the Finance Department's complement.
