Administration Finance Committee

The Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That Report FIN 19-25, 2020 Borrowing for Current Expenditures be received; and, 2. That a by-law for temporary borrowing arrangements in the amount of $5,000,000 be approved. Page 2 of 3 Administration & Finance Committee December 9, 2019

Resolved that Report FCR 19-12 dated December 4, 2019 with reference to the Emergency Management Coordinator Shared Services be received and that Administration and Finance Committee recommend that By-law 19-108 be approved and enacted by Council.

Resolved that Report FCR 19-13 dated December 5,2019 with reference to the Rogers Telecommunications Tower Statement of Concurrence be received and that Administration and Finance Committee recommend to be approved by Council "that the Council of the Town of Grimsby concur that the proposal by Rogers Communications lnc. to erect a wireless communication installation on lands known as 171 Mountain Road, Grimsby, ON, and owned by Town of Grimsby, is fully compliant in the Municipality's opinion, with the requirements of ISED Canada's default protocol CPC-2-0-03 lssue 5 (July 2014) "Radio communication and Broadcasting Antenna Systems", and all obligations for the municipal and public consultation requirements have been satisfactorily met.

Resolved that Report TC 19-18 dated December 9, 2019 be received and that the Town of Grimsby 2018-2022 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan Annual Update 2019 be approved.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee approval the Committee meeting schedule for the 2020 year.

Resolved that the Grimsby Downtown Improvement Area Committee meeting minutes of October 2, 2019 and November 6, 2019 be received and filed.
