Resolved that the Parks, Recreation & Culture Committee meeting minutes of November 21, 2019 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the GEDAC meeting minutes of November 20, 2019 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that Councillor Vaine be appointed to the Grimsby Green Committee.

Resolved that the correspondence from the District School Board of Niagara with reference to naming of the New Secondary School in the Grimsby area be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Region of Niagara with reference to the On-Demand Transit - Pilot Authorization (Simulation Results) be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Region of Niagara Natural Environment Work Program - Phases 2 & 3, Mapping and Watershed Planning Discussion Papers and Comprehensive Background Study be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Region of Niagara with reference to the Analysis of Niagara Region's Role in Tourism be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-laws 19-104 and 19-105 and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that the verbal update on 33 Victoria Terrace be received and Legal Counsel proceed as directed.

Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of November 18, 2019 be approved.

Resolved that: a) 2018 Niagara Power Inc. AGM Minutes be received; and b) 2018 Niagara Power Inc. Consolidated Audited Financial Statements be approved; and c) 2018 Niagara Power Inc. Non-consolidated Financial Statements be approved; and d) The recommendation of KPMG as the auditors for the NPI Board be approved.

Resolved that Report CORP 19-02, 2019 Council Strategic Priority Setting Initiative dated December 2, 2019 be received and that the Town of Grimsby Council Priorities 2019 – 2022 be approved as amended.

Resolved that staff proceed with the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital initiative to create banners to be placed within the DIA boundaries. The funding to be provided from the Physicians Recruitment Funding Reserve.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Herrington Group, Consultant to the JAAC be received and that the flag be raised for the week of Dec 2-6, 2019 and the request to proclaim United Nations International Day of People with Disabilities Day on December 3, 2019 be approved

Resolved that Confidential Closed Report DRS 19-53 be received and that the Council of the Town of Grimsby appoint the 8 Community Members recommend therein to the Grimsby Green Advisory Committee.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-laws 19-104 & 19-105 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and Page 8 of 8 Council December 2, 2019 that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
