Resolved, that Dorothy Bothwell is elected as chair of the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee for the year 2020.

Resolved, that Anne Brabant is elected as Vice Chair of the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee for the year 2020.

Resolved, that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee receives the delegation of Bridget Molloy.

Resolved, that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee receives the delegation of Matthew and Valerie Potvin.

Resolved, that the list of properties included in the January 23,2020 staff memorandum regarding the proposed additions to the Heritage Register be listed on the Town of Grimsby Municipal Heritage Register.

Resolved, that report H.R. 20-01, regarding the Heritage Permit Application at 53 Ontario Street, be received, and that the application be approved, and that the resolution by the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved, that Report G.H. 20-02 regarding the recommendation that the Town of Grimsby grant a heritage permit for the proposed mural work at 1 Main Street East be received, and that the application be approved, and that the resolution by the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved, that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee receives the amended Terms of Reference; and that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee recommends that the amended Terms of Reference be forwarded to Council for approval; and that a by-law implementing the amended Terms of Reference be forwarded to Council for approval.
