Resolved that Submission A-01/11 by M. & R. Tersigni, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended, Section 17, Transitional Residential Multiple TRM Zone, to allow for the construction of a 4.2 x 5.6 metre two storey addition with a sideyard setback of 4.23 metre in a Transitional Residential TRM Zone at # 36 Ontario Street, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
