Resolved that Report DPW18-42 dated December 4, 2018 regarding 'Region of Niagara 2020 Waste Collection Contract - Proposed Changes and Grimsby Enhanced Collection Services' be received and Page 2 of 3 Public Works Committee December 12, 2018 that the eight (8) recommendations included within this report hereby be endorsed and forwarded to Town Council for approval.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee recommends Report DPW18-43 dated December 3, 2018 regarding the 'Appointment of New Drainage Superintendent' be received and that Martin Reid be appointed the Drainage Superintendent for the Town of Grimsby, that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute a new By-Law with respect to this appointment, and that the existing By-law 88-82 appointing David Gray as the Drainage Superintendent be repealed.

Resolved that the request from Race Kit Event Service Inc., dated November 29, 2018, for authorization to use Town roads for the Grimsby Half Marathon 3K and 10K race event scheduled for February 17, 2019, be received for Committee approval; subject to all required documents being received prior to the event.
