"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-22, regarding site plan application of the Niagara District Catholic School Board, Our Lady of Fatima School (5007-594) be received and that: ● a) the application be approved subject to the applicant satisfying the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" to the report to the satisfaction of the Planning Director; and ● b) that a by-law is passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement."
