Administration Finance Committee

Resolved that Report TC-13-22 dated December 4, 2013 be received and that Council approve the recommendation by the JAAC to Page 2 of 4 Administration & Finance Committee December 9, 2013 appoint N. Maureen Conley as a member of the JAAC to represent the Town of Grimsby.

Resolved that Report TC-13-23 dated December 4, 2013 be received and that the updated Accessibility Policy and the Annual Progress Report of the Multi-Year Accessibility Plan be approved.

Resolved that Report TC-13-19 dated December 4, 2013 be received and that the Town of Grimsby participate as a member of the JAAC for 2014 at a cost of $10,000.

Resolved that Report TC-13-20 dated December 2, 2013 regarding the award of contract for Animal Control Services for 2014 and 2015 be received; and that the Town Clerk be authorized to award the contract to the Lincoln County Humane Society (LCHS) in the total amount of $82,500 excluding HST for 2014 and 2015 with a 1.5% increase in 2015 and further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.

Resolved that Report TC-13-21 dated December 3, 2013 regarding an Agreement with pet stores for the sale of dog licenses be received; and further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.

Resolved that Report FIN-13-27 2014 Budget Guidelines dated December 5, 2013 be received; and, That the budget guidelines, procedures, and budget schedule found in Schedules A, B and C be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence from the City of St. Catharines with reference to Governance, Final Report to Council, Report No. EDCA- 377-2013 be received; and, That the Town of Grimsby does not endorse or support this model.
