Page 3 of 6 Committee of Adjustment March 6, 2018 Resolved that Submission A-03/18 by Ethan Baarda to legalize the southerly interior side yard setback of .38 metre and to allow an eave projection of .35 metre including eave trough into side yard setback of .38 metre in a Residential RD 3 Zone at 16 Marr Avenue, Grimsby be denied for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is not minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is not maintained. 3. The proposal is not desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
