Resolved that Report P.A. 14-18, regarding applications for zoning amendment, draft plan of subdivision approval and draft plan of common element condominium approval be received, and that: 1. The draft plans of subdivision and condominium be approved, subject to the conditions attached to this report as Appendices "A" and B" respectively; and 2. That the draft zoning by-law amendment attached to the report as Appendix "C" be forwarded to Council for approval.

Gillespie; Resolved that Report P.A. 14-19, regarding an application for a grant from the Downtown Grimsby Commercial Mixed Use Facade Improvement Program for 12-14 Ontario Street be received; And that the Facade Improvement Grant application for 12-14 Ontario Street be approved; And that the associated by-law authorizing the execution of a Downtown Facade Improvement Grant Agreement be forwarded to Page 3 of 4 Planning & Development Committee April 15, 2014 Council for approval.
