Resolved that Report FIN 17-08, 2016 Statement of Remuneration and Expenses for Members of Council and Council Appointments to Boards and Other Bodies be received.

Resolved that Report FIN 17-09, 2016 Portfolio Investments be received.

Resolved that regarding the financing of Fire Station 2 with Infrastructure Ontario and Lands Corporation, the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council; 1. That Town Council authorize a Borrowing By-law in the amount of $3,821,000; and 2. That the Treasurer be authorized to sign the Certificate of Treasurer regarding Litigation.

Resolved that Report TM-17-03 dated March 9, 2017 regarding Creation of Staff Teams be received as information.

Resolved that the Transit Investigation Committee minutes of March 7, 2017 be received and to be further discussed at the next Council meeting.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239(2)(d), labour relations or employee negotiations • TM-17-04, Document of Working Conditions - Management Group

Resolved that Report TM-17-04 dated March 9, 2017 be received and that the Document of General Working Conditions for all Management Employees of the Town of Grimsby as amended be forwarded to Council for approval as Schedule A to By-law 17-26.
