"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-32, regarding the Winston Neighbourhood Secondary Plan be received, and that a by-law be passed adopting the Neighbourhood Plan subject to a modification to permit up to six storeys in the Mixed Use Medium Density Area designation. And that, the Winston Neighbourhood Plan as adopted be forwarded to the Region of Niagara for approval."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-31, regarding the new Town of Grimsby Official Plan be received, and that a by-law be passed adopting the Official Plan Revised Draft dated October 23, 2009. And that, the New Official Plan as adopted be forwarded to the Region of Niagara for approval."
