Resolved that the agenda for the Committee of the Whole meeting of November 15, 2021 be approved, as amended.

Resolved that the Grimsby Economic Development Committee minutes of November 8 and the Grimsby Museum Board minutes of November 3 be received.

Page 3 of 6 Committee of the Whole November 15, 2021 Resolved that the Committee of the Whole hereby approves the following items and that the various consent items be approved on the recommendation as contained therein: • Report ITSI 21-03 Network Printer and Services Refresh • Report DPW21-29 Assumption of Municipal Services, Azure West Subdivision a) That Report ITSI21-03 Network Printer and Services contract dated November 15, 2021 be received. b) That Report DPW21-29 Assumption of Municipal Services, Azure West Subdivision dated November 15, 2021, be received; and That the Director of Public Works be authorized to release the current Letter of Credit in the amount of $213,126.37 and issue the Final Certificate of Completion of Services; and That staff be directed to prepare the necessary Roadway Assumption By- law.

Resolved that Report CAO 21-20 Grimsby Business Retention & Expansion Report and Action Plan dated November 15, 2021 be received for information

Resolved that Report PA 21-44, Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (File # 26Z-16- 1411) Application, Sajecki Planning Inc., 15 Lake Street dated November 15, 2021, be received; and That Zoning By-law Amendment and that the draft By-law attached to this report as Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Council for approval.
