“RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-25 dated September 28, 2010 regarding the Town of Grimsby Economic Development Strategy and Plan, Consultant selection be received, and that the WCM Consulting Inc. proposal in the amount of $14,746.50 be approved and that the funding for this be obtained from the Economic Development and Tourism Reserve.”
