Resolved that Report PDW14-16 dated March 27, 2014 regarding the 2014 Streetlight LED Luminaire Conversion Proposal be received and that the turn-key proposal by CRU Solutions, a Division of ERTH Corporation be approved for the conversion of the Town’s 2,632 streetlight luminaires, at the upper limit total cost of $1,447,932.00 plus tax and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the required contracts or agreements.
