Resolved that the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting of September 2, 2014 be approved as circulated.

Resolved that Submission B-08/14 by Aniello Nino Catapano for consent to convey be granted as per the Notice of Decision.

Resolved that Submission A-23/14 by Aniello Nino Catapano, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended Section 11 Residential (R2) Zone & By-law 14-45 Residential Detached (RD3) Zone, to recognize a new lot frontage of 17.4 metres, and to allow a lot coverage of 30% in a Residential (R2) Zone, and a Residential Detached (RD3) Zone, lot to be created by severance B-08/14 to be North of # 28 Kerman Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.

Resolved that Submission B-09/14 by Darrin & Roberta Van Roon for consent to convey be granted as per the Notice of Decision.

Resolved that Submission A-24/14 by Darrin & Roberta Van Roon, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 14-45 Neighbourhood Development (ND) Zone, to recognize a new lot area of 1329.4 square metres, and existing lot conditions as the result of a conditionally approved consent in a Neighbourhood Development (ND) Zone at # 362 Park Road North, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
