Resolved that Report H.R. 24-09 Easement Agreement & Demolition Request Report – 35/37 Victoria Terrace be received; and, That the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee recommends that Staff prepare the associated Heritage Easement Agreement for property at 35 Victoria Terrace; and, That the requested demolition be recommended for approval to enable the restoration of the original cottage and the construction of the compatible addition; and, That the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee recommend the property at 35 Victoria Terrace be designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act after the permitted works outlined within the Heritage Easement Agreement are completed.
