That the Town Manager be authorized to execute the documents contained within the above mentioned Fire Safety Plans and submit them to the Chief Fire Official for approval; 3. That Council endorse the procedure titled FSP Control of Documents (CO-GEN-FSP-PRO-001-001) providing Town staff authorization to generate, amend and execute Fire Safety Plan related documents in accordance with said procedure.

Resolved that Report TC-12-14 dated August 30, 2012 with reference to Queen's Lawn Cemetery By-law and Mountain Cemetery By-law be received and that the two By-laws be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report TC-12-15 dated September 4, 2012 with reference to Crossing Guards at Kelson Avenue & Main Street West and Cline Road & Main Street West for Smith School be received, that the Crossing Guard Review Report prepared by CIMA dated July 31, 2012 be received, and staff be authorized to initiate the process of notifying the public of the consideration to remove crossing guards at the locations; And that staff report back to the next Administration & Finance Committee meeting.

Resolved that Report FCR-12-10 dated September 6, 2012 with reference to the Grimsby Fire Department Semi-Annual Report 2012 be received.

Resolved that Report FCR-12-11 dated September 6, 2012 be received and that the regular hours of work for the Fire Prevention Officer position be modified in accordance with the recommendations contained in this report.

Resolved that Report TM-12-05 dated September 10, 2012 regarding Employee Recognition Policy Update be received, and that the modifications therein be endorsed.
