Planning Development Committee

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-41 regarding an application for site plan approval by Homes by DeSantis for Aqua Blu at Concord Place be received and that the application be approved subject to the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" of this report. Further that a by-law be forwarded to Council for approval that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf following the applicant meeting the conditions of approval to the satisfaction of the Planning Director.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-42 regarding the recommendation that the Town of Grimsby enter into a Façade Improvement Grant Agreement with 2296569 Ontario Ltd at 22 Main Street West, be Page 3 of 6 Planning & Development Committee November 10, 2015 received; And that the Façade Improvement Grant application for 22 Main Street West be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. A new design is submitted that addresses the staff comments outlined in Section 3.0 of this report to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. 2. A new quote is submitted that addresses the staff comments outlined in Section 3.0 of this report to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. 3. The owner is to provide final details of building materials, signage and lighting for review and approval by the Director of Planning prior to implementation and installation. And that the associated By-Law authorizing the execution of a Façade Improvement Grant Agreement be forwarded to Council for approval upon the clearance of the conditions.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-43 regarding the recommendation that the Town of Grimsby enter into a Façade Improvement Grant Agreement with 2296569 Ontario Ltd at 24 Main Street West, be received; And that the Façade Improvement Grant application for 24 Main Street West be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. A new design is submitted that addresses the staff comments outlined in Section 3.0 of this report to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. 2. A new quote is submitted that addresses the staff comments outlined in Section 3.0 of this report to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Resolved that Report P.A. 15-44 regarding the recommendation that the Town of Grimsby enter into a Façade Improvement Grant Agreement with Sigurdur Helgason at 2-6 Main Street West, be received; And that the Façade Improvement Grant application for 2-6 Main Street West be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. A new design is submitted that addresses the staff comments outlined in Section 3.0 of this report to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. 2. A quote is submitted. 3. The owner is to provide final details of signage for review and approval by the Director of Planning prior to implementation and installation. And that the associated By-Law authorizing the execution of a Façade Improvement Grant Agreement be forwarded to Council for approval upon the clearance of the conditions.

Resolved that the GEDAC minutes from the meeting held on October 28th, 2015, be received as information.

Resolved that the GHAC minutes of the meeting held on November 3, 2015, be received as information.

Resolved that the following Public Meeting minutes be adopted as Schedule "A" to the Planning & Development minutes, dated November 10, 2015. Schedule "A": Public Meeting Minutes dated October 20, 2015, regarding a Zoning Amendment Application Z-14-11
