RESOLVED, that the delegation of Michelle Seaborn, Alderman, Town of Grimsby, regarding Doors Open Grimsby 2016 be received.

RESOLVED, that the November 30, 2016 Heritage Advisory Committee meeting minutes be received.

RESOLVED, that the January 19, 2016 Heritage Advisory Committee meeting minutes be received.

RESOLVED, that the Committee receives the information regarding the 2016 plaque work plan.

RESOLVED, that the Committee receives the information regarding the 2016 designation work plan.

RESOLVED, that the Committee receives the information regarding the Grimsby Beach Information Session on Monday February 29, 2016 at the Grand Avenue Beach Hall.

RESOLVED, that the Committee receives the information regarding the Grand Avenue Tree Stand work plan.

RESOLVED, that the Committee receives the information regarding the Inventory Research work plan.

RESOLVED, that the Committee receives the information regarding the mapping work plan.

RESOLVED, that the Committee receives the information regarding the 2016 Art Contest. Page 5 of 9 Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee February 2, 2016

RESOLVED, that the submitted site plan and elevations for the 8 Nelles Road North site plan application be received; And that the Committee has no objections to the approval of the site plan application subject to the following conditions: 1. A coloured streetscape rendering is submitted to the satisfaction of the Heritage Advisory Committee. 2. A landscape plan is submitted to the satisfaction of the Heritage Advisory Committee. 3. A full material and colour palette is submitted to the satisfaction of the Heritage Advisory Committee. 4. The building design is revised to incorporate a varied roofline and architectural elements to the satisfaction of the Heritage Advisory Committee.

RESOLVED, that the Committee of Adjustment Notice and the building drawings for the Minor Variance application at 10 Nelles Boulevard be received; And that the Committee has no objections to the approval of the minor variance.

RESOLVED, that the Committee of Adjustment Notice for the Minor Variance application at 322 Main Street West be received; And that the Committee has no objections to the approval of the minor variance subject to the following condition: 1. That the design of the portico is submitted to the satisfaction of the Heritage Advisory Committee.

RESOLVED, that an Architectural Review Sub be formed to assist in the timely review of applications involving heritage resources; And that the Architectural Review Sub-Committee may meet as required in the Terms of Reference for said Committee in order to enable staff to efficiently meet deadlines; And that the Architectural Review Sub-Committee be comprised of no fewer than 3 members of the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee; And that a Terms of Reference for the Sub-Committee be developed by staff and approved by Council for the operation of the Sub- Committee.

RESOLVED, that the following members of the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee form the Architectural Review Sub- Committee: Jack Watt Catharine Bingle-Gonnsen Barbara Longfield John Dunstall (Alternate)

RESOLVED, that the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee receives William Harrington's resignation from the Committee.

RESOLVED, that the Committee receives the request for street names for the development at 480 Winston Road; And that the Committee will research and provide a list of names to staff for the March 1, 2016 meeting that will be further screened for appropriateness with respect to EMS requirements and subsequently provided to the developer and the Town for use.
