"RESOLVED, That Submission A-19/08 by Steven Muys, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended Section 11 Residential R2 Zone, to permit the construction of an addition to an existing attached garage, with a front yard setback of 5.9 metres in a Residential R2 Zone at # 13 Marlow Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
