Resolved that Report P.A. 16-3, regarding an application for Zoning Amendment by Rays Imports Ltd., 22 John Street be received and that the zoning amendment application be approved as amended and that a draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix “A” be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-02 regarding the recommendation that the Town of Grimsby enter into a Heritage Improvement and Restoration Grant Agreement with Robert and Monica Paron at 224 Main Street East, be received; And that the associated By-Law authorizing the execution of a Heritage Improvement and Restoration Grant Agreement be forwarded to Council for approval.
