"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-13, regarding applications for Zoning Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision approval by Marz Homes (Niagara) Inc., Winston-Oakes Road Subdivision be received, and that: a) The plan of subdivision be draft approved subject to the conditions in Appendix "A" to this report; and b) That the zoning amendment application be approved as amended and that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "B" with the further amendment of deletion of the uses noted in Clauses 10e) i, & ii, be forwarded to Council for approval following the submission of a Draft 30M Plan that incorporates the recommended revisions together with the certified list of frontages and areas of all lots and blocks.

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-12, regarding an application for Zoning Amendment Z-11-7, at 133 & 137 Main Street East, be received and that the application be approved. Further that the by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-15, regarding a request for Extension of Draft Plan of Subdivision approval and Draft Plan of Condominium approval, 783878 Ontario Limited, 376 Lake Street, Town of Grimsby be received, and that draft approval be extended for a three month period to July 20, 2012.

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-16, regarding the recommendation that the Town of Grimsby enter into a Downtown Facade Improvement Grant Agreement with Louise Foster at 12-14 Main Street East, be received and that the associated By-law authorizing the execution of a Downtown Facade Improvement Grant Agreement be forwarded to Council for approval with the word “Aveda” deleted. FURTHER, that supplier signs be excluded from the grant program.”

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-10, regarding the 2011 Heritage Advisory Committee year-end report and 2012 work plan be received as information."

"RESOLVED, That the minutes of the GHAC meeting of March 20, 2012, be received as information."
