Resolved that Report P.A. 15-18 regarding the corrections to Zoning By-law 14-45, as amended be received and that the application be approved. Further that the draft by-law attached in appendix “A” be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-19, regarding the corrections to Zoning By-law 14-45, as amended be received and that the application be approved. Further that the draft by-law attached in Appendix “A” of Report 15-18, be amended to include the corrections indentified in this report prior to being finalized and forwarded to Council for approval. Resolved that Report P.A. 15-14 regarding a comprehensive Official Plan Amendment initiated by the Town with respect to a review of commercial policies in the Winston Neighbourhood be received and endorsed; And that the Town initiated Amendment #3 to the Official Plan of the Town of Grimsby, as revised and dated May 12, 2015, be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-15, regarding applications for Zoning Amendment and Official Plan Amendment applications by LJM Developments (Grimsby) Inc., 560 North Service Road be received; and a) that the proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments regarding uses not currently permitted by the Official Plan be approved in part and that the Official Plan Amendment be incorporated into a comprehensive amendment initiated by the Town and attached to this report as Appendix “A”; and b) that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix “B” be forwarded to Council for approval as amended to include a spa Page 4 of 6 Planning & Development Committee May 12th, 2015 accessory to a fitness centre.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-16, regarding applications for Zoning Amendment and Official Plan Amendment applications by Branthaven Casablanca Inc. 510, 520 and 530 North Service Road be received; and a) that the proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments regarding uses not currently permitted by the Official Plan be approved in part and that the Official Plan amendment be incorporated into a comprehensive amendment initiated by the Town and attached to this report as Appendix “A”; and b) that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix “B” be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report P.A. 15-17, regarding application for Official Plan Amendment by Branthaven Casablanca Inc.; 480 Winston Road be received; And that the proposed Official Plan Amendment be approved in part and that the Official Plan amendment be incorporated into a comprehensive amendment initiated by the Town and attached to this report as Appendix “A”.

Resolved that the minutes of the GHAC meeting held on May 5th, 2015, be received as information.

Resolved that the minutes of the GEDAC meeting held on April 29th, 2015, be received as information.

Resolved that the Planning Committee be advised that the correspondence to David Crombie from Mayor Robert Bentley was received on May 4th, 2015, by the Greenbelt Plan Review Committee.

Resolved that the correspondence from Shelly Glover of April 30th, 2015, regarding the Canada 150 Fund, be received as information.
