Resolved that the Council minutes of May 21, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the Grimsby Museum Board minutes of May 1, 2013 be received.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of June 4, 2013 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of June 11, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence from Ontario Family Fishing Events with reference to 20 years of license free fishing, July 6-14, 2013 be received.

Resolved that correspondence from the Progressive Contractors Association of Canada and the Christian Labour Association of Canada with reference to a Private Member's Bill, The Fair and Open Tendering Act be received.

Resolved that correspondence from other municipalities; Town of Pelham, Water and Wastewater Review Task Force and the City of Port Colborne, Older Worker Employment Supports be received.

Resolved that Michelle Seaborn be appointed to the Grimsby Downtown Improvement Area Board.

Resolved that Council meetings for the months of July, August and September 2013 begin at 6:30 p.m.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 13-37 to 13- 39 and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Section 239(2)(d) of The Municipal Act, labour relations or employee negotiations. - Employee negotiations

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of June 10, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 13-37 to 13- 39, read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
