"RESOLVED, That Report DBE-11-4, dated April 12, 2011, regarding the purchase, One (1) New 2011 sport utility vehicle be received and further, that the tender bid from Forbes Ford Sales Ltd. in the amount of $22,054.00 plus taxes be accepted and that the 2007 Chev Equinox currently leased be purchased from Wills Chevrolet Ltd. in the amount of $11,251.50 plus taxes."

"RESOLVED, That Report DBE-11-5 dated, April 12, 2011, with regard to the proposed Nuisance By-law be received and that the Nuisance By-law be forwarded to Council for approval."

"RESOLVED, That Report DBE 11-6, dated April 12, 2011, with regard to the proposed Noise By-law be received and that Noise By-law 80-3, be repealed and that the new Noise By-law be forwarded to Council for approval."

“RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-13, regarding an application for draft plan of common element condominium approval for Flair, Livingston Avenue at Chestnut Drive (26CD-16-1001) be received, and that Draft Plan of Condominium be approved subject to the conditions attached to this report as Appendix “A”.

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-12, regarding an application for draft plan of standard condominium approval to Mariner Estates, 19 Lake Street (26CD-16- 1101) be received, and that Draft Plan of Condominium be approved subject to the conditions attached to this report as Appendix "A".

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-15, regarding site plan application by the Niagara Catholic District School Board, 145 Livingston Avenue, Blessed Trinity High School (5007-606) be received and that the application be approved subject Page 6 of 8 Planning & Development April 12, 2011 to the conditions specified in Appendix "A" to the report as amended to include a fire safety plan as a condition. Further, that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."
