Resolved that the Committee of the Whole hereby approves the following items and that the various consent items be approved on the recommendation as contained therein: • FIN 21-12 2020 Development Charge Reserve Fund Statement a) Report FIN 21-12: 2020 Development Charge Reserve Fund Statement Resolved that Report FIN 21-17 2020 Development Charge Reserve Fund Statements dated July 12, 2021 be received; and That the Treasurer’s Annual Statement of Development Charges Reserve Funds for 2020 be made publicly available on the Town’s website and upon request.

Resolved that the correspondence received from Trisport Events Inc., Race Director, Nick Stoehr dated July 6th 2021, requesting permission to use Town roads for their events schedule August 7th 2021 and August 8th 2021 be approved; subject to the issuance of a valid permits, notification to the Niagara Regional Police and EMS, and the approval of an event safety plan consistent with COVID-19 guidelines.
